Every project starts with a conversation, not a contract. We aim to make the first few days simple, fast, and pressure-free — so you can decide whether we're the right fit before any commitments are made.

A reply within one business day

When you send us a message, it lands directly with our team — not a sales funnel, not a chatbot. We read every inquiry properly and respond personally within one business day, usually faster. If your project is urgent, mention it and we'll prioritise accordingly.

A 30-minute discovery call

Once we've connected, we'll set up a short call to learn about your project — the problem you're solving, the audience you're building for, your timeline, your budget range, and any constraints we should know about. The goal of this call is alignment, not a pitch. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that honestly and point you to someone who is.

A clear proposal, no hard sell

If the call goes well, we'll send a proposal within a few days. It will spell out scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and the assumptions behind each — so you can compare us against other agencies on the same terms. No long contracts, no vague hourly estimates, no surprises later.
